Ciara is a regenerative practitioner, energy healer, and co-creative life weaver facilitating transformative change in the world. My work is in reconnecting people, organisations and communities to their own ways of knowing, being and doing. I do this through facilitating bodywork, embodiment, energy healing, meditation, connecting to womb space, restorative circles, storytelling, creativity and play.
