About Your Instructor:
Lindsey Wood, a vibrant Leeds lass, is not only a dedicated mum, wife, and dog owner but also a seasoned dancer of 20 years and a 24-year teaching veteran. Passionate about the joy of movement, she discovered Yoga at 13 and has turned to it throughout life’s challenges, from injuries to a global pandemic. Certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Polyvagal Theory, she enriches lives as a yoga, dance, drama, and movement memories teacher, extending her skills into Reiki healing too. Her classes promise warmth, breath-aligned flows, and soul-soothing experiences, concluding with guided meditation.
