SACRED SOUND HEALING: CELEBRATING THE DIVINE FEMININE UNDER THE FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN

In alignment with the cosmic energies of the Full Moon in Capricorn, this sacred gathering is exclusively crafted for women who seek to honour and nurture the divine feminine within. Lorena deeply believes that the powerful combination of celestial energies and the sacred practice of sound healing can create a profound experience for all participants.

The session will consist of a Sacred Sound Bath (including gongs, crystal bowls and other sacred instruments) and will commence with a guided meditation and will end with a Full Moon Ritual embracing the potent energy of the Full Moon in Capricorn through a special ritual designed to amplify intentions, release stagnant energy, and invite positive transformations.

We encourage you to bring a comfortable mat, a blanket, an eye pillow, and an open heart. Attire inspired by the celestial and divine feminine is welcomed and encouraged.

Lorena is a Sacred Sounds certified sound meditation practitioner and an Anusara, Yin, Pregnancy, Restorative Yoga teacher & a Seichem Reiki Master based in Reading.

She loves creating safe spaces for people to relax and reconnect deeply with their bodies and minds through meditation, breathwork and sound.

Her sessions are calming, relaxing and nurturing, giving you an opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper level of consciousness. She uses gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, rain sticks and a whole array of sacred instruments, all perfectly tuned to send you into a state of pure bliss.
