YIN YOGA FOR HORMONE BALANCE

Join me for a nourishing yin yoga flow to balance hormones and calm the nervous system. We will focus on yin poses that support the kidneys and liver, helping with symptoms of PMS, excess estrogen and cortisol, anger and irritability, bloating, and more. This class is suitable for all stages of your cycle. I will also guide you through a restorative and rejuvenating yoga nidra and meditation to connect with your womb space and allow your body to rest and heal.

Please bring a yoga mat and whatever props you need for comfort, such as a pillow or cushion, and a blanket, if needed, for warmth.

About Your Instructor:
Charlotte Hay (PhD) is a certified women’s health coach, specialising in women’s health and hormones, and plant-based nutrition. She is also certified in Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Rocket Yoga, prenatal yoga, fertility yoga, and yoga for women, and has taught yoga around the world for over 6 years. She offers 1-2-1 coaching and hosts workshops in a variety of topics related to hormone health, nutrition, women’s yoga, menstrual cycle awareness, and women’s circles. She also teaches yoga regularly in Glasgow.
